For over 30 years, we have been building electric pumps for corrosive liquids, with flexible elastomer impeller and titanium pump body. The AC Series builds on the long experience gained in designing the ‘RAPID’ Series in AISI 316L stainless steel, and with titanium it offers a durable and reliable solution for the transfer of corrosive acids that are not compatible with stainless steel.
The ‘AC’ Series is equipped with a flexible impeller made of DUTRAL (EPDM), an acid-resistant material that guarantees reliable performance even under the most demanding conditions.
Self-priming, reversible and agile in maintenance
When handling highly corrosive substances, minimising manual intervention is crucial. Thanks to their self-priming power, 'AC' Series electric pumps eliminate the need to fill the suction hose when first used, while their reversibility allows them to reverse direction to drain excess liquid during transfer operations or empty the hoses at the end of work. Easy to disassemble, these devices allow fast and frequent maintenance. The heeled version is equipped with an electrical system, reversing switch and on-board emergency button for maximum convenience. Some models of the AC series are available in a special stainless steel cage execution, with reduced dimensions and weight, which allows the electric pump to be transported by hand. It is ideal to be placed on trucks and is highly appreciated by chemical industries that unload corrosive acid tanks directly at the customer's facility.
Titanium electric pumps AC series: a complete range for every need
The 'AC' Series offers a complete range of models with flow rates from 540 to 24,000 l/h, up to 3.5 Atm. of head pressure. Standard connections are with hose nozzles, but can be customised with other types of connections on request.
