WE REALIZE
Self-priming electric pumps for optimum performance in various industrial sectors
For over 50 years, we have been passionately designing and building ‘Rapid’ and ‘Ultrarapid’ series electric pumps.
The ‘RAPID’ series features a flexible elastomer impeller and an AISI 316L stainless steel pump body, machined from solid bar and not from welded or cast sheet metal, for perfectly smooth, compact and porosity-free surfaces.
The impellers of electric pumps are available in different materials to suit the specific requirements of the products handled. From NEOPRENE (CR) the most versatile, suitable for surfactants, glycols, soda, alcohol, hydrocarbons; to DUTRAL (EPDM), recommended for acids; NITRILE (NBR), ideal for mineral oils and terpenes; white SILICONE and NEOPRENE FDA (CRFDA), certified for use in contact with food, in compliance with FDA regulations 21 CFR 177.2600, Directive 89/109 EEC and EC regulation 1935/2004.
Features and applications of Rapid series electric pumps
Electric pumps of the 'Rapid' series are used in the transfer of fluid, semi-fluid and dense products and are appreciated for being highly self-priming (no need to fill the suction hose when first used), and reversible (you can reverse the direction of travel). Easy to use, they are also functional during maintenance, simple to disassemble and facilitate frequent interventions. The wheeled version has a complete electrical system with an on-board reversing switch and emergency button.
Adaptability and Power
“Rapid” series electric pumps are fitted with standard fixed speed motors of 1400, 900 or 700 rpm and can be equipped with a speed variator or servo-ventilated motor for inverter application, ideal for the gentle conveying of dense or viscous products such as pastes, creams or gels. PHOTO RAPID WITH VARIATOR The 'RAPID' series offers models with flow rates from 240 to 45,000 litre/hour and up to 3.5 Atm. of head pressure, with standard hose connections, but customisable on request with DIN, GAS, TRI-CLAMP, FLANGED CONNECTIONS.
“Ultrarapid” series electric pumps with Double Chamber
The 'ULTRARAPID' series comprises two models, with flow rates of 2,000 and 5,400 litre/hour, characterised by the presence of a double chamber. This feature allows a higher head pressure of up to 7 Atm to be achieved, offering excellent performance for more demanding applications.
